About

The Maison Livernois has a terrace of about fifty places, in addition to some 90 places inside. On the menu are pub classics, such as burgers, but also eight dishes inspired by the flavors of the world. The name La Maison Livernois is inspired by a family that has already been very involved in Quebec City. She founded the first photography studio in 1854 in the building that now houses the St. Patrick's Pub. Each gin and vodka brewed by Top Resto Group will bear the name of one of the members of this family. The first being the Jules-Ernest gin. Three recipes are already developed. In addition to food, La Maison Livernois is a tasting place. There are many kinds of Quebec gins and a laboratory to educate people.

In the heart of Old Quebec, a very nice Distillery(Gin)/Bistro/Restaurant very well situated & with nice atmosphere. I went there with my 12yr old & ordered:
Appetizers: (Shared) Beef carpaccio & Wagyu dumplings 😍😍😍
Main course: Pepperoni pizza (crispy cup pepperoni) for the small one & beef tartare (salad+dressing & French fries) for the adult.
Desserts looked great but I was full by the end of the main course.
Simply amazing & all for a good price.
One adult & one teen costed 120CAD$ including 20%tip (if you are not familiar with QC tipping 15%is basic unless you have bad service)
In sum ordered 2 main dishes / 2 starters / 1 beer & one pimped lemonade(0% alcool) !!! Looking forward to go back 😁😁

Maison Livernois in Quebec City does an exquisite job making its own gin. Tasting flights are available & are fragrant, fruity & most fulfilling.

The Bertrand was the perfect mix: An enticing fragrance that mixed beautifully to produce a delectable drink that was sweet yet allowed all the flavours to come through.

Super belle expérience lors de notre visite samedi soir. L'hôtesse Kelly était très accueillante & efficace. Nous avons été installés rapidement malgré l'achalandage du restaurant. Notre serveuse, Marie-Jeanne, a également contribué à rendre notre expérience agréable grâce à son service chaleureux & attentionné ainsi qu'à ses excellentes recommandations sur les gins. Nous y retournerons assurément !

Super endroit, la bouffe est très bonne est la sélection de gins est délicieusement variées! Il y a même un petit éventail de gin sans alcool pour les amateurs de gin qui ne boivent plus d'alcool. :) J'ai été servis par Jean-Philippe, qui a offert un service top notch super attentionné!

We stopped by this place for a quick little drink & a few bites. We were not disappointment. Their poutine was absolutely fantastic. We also had a pizza which was good. We loved the gin they provided us. A great place to do a gin tasting.

A great find for drinks & the chance to try several local gins. They have an impressive-possibly the largest-gin selection, & the bartenders & team were incredibly knowledgeable & friendly. I love that it's also a distillery, which makes the experience even more unique.

Une belle découverte, j'ai été très bien servi & conseillé par le barman Henri dans la découverte de Gins locaux. Pour ma part j'ai testé le « Gin du Jardin Papillon ». Je recommande pour les amateurs de gin, aller y faire un tour !
