About

The Maison Livernois has a terrace of about fifty places, in addition to some 90 places inside. On the menu are pub classics, such as burgers, but also eight dishes inspired by the flavors of the world. The name La Maison Livernois is inspired by a family that has already been very involved in Quebec City. She founded the first photography studio in 1854 in the building that now houses the St. Patrick's Pub. Each gin and vodka brewed by Top Resto Group will bear the name of one of the members of this family. The first being the Jules-Ernest gin. Three recipes are already developed. In addition to food, La Maison Livernois is a tasting place. There are many kinds of Quebec gins and a laboratory to educate people.

Quelle belle expérience nous avons vécue; le service, la nourriture & bien sûr le gin étaient excellents. Merci spécial à Fred qui a partagé ses connaissances & sa passion du gin & qui nous a accompagné dans notre dégustation - ce fut le clou de la soirée! Expérience à refaire.

Très grand choix de gins pour les amateurs de ce spiritueux ainsi que d'autres boissons alcoolisées. Nous avons adoré tous les plats servis, des entrées au dessert, tout était excellent. Bonne ambiance & excellent service, nous allons revenir c'est certain!

Amazing gin flight, cocktails & good! Our server's passion for gin (gin IS their specialty) was contagious! He went above & beyond to make it an ‘experience'! Candied garlic hummus was great, & our meals were perfect ( I had poke bowl— light & healthy) my husband had the Korean beef short ribs, which even I, a vegetarian, trout looked awesome! This was our best Quebec meal! Highly recommend! (Ps— wish I had room for poutine cause it looked awesome)

Très bonne adresse à recommander pour son ambiance lounge & chaleureuse.
Nous y sommes allés pour la poutine week & c'était un régal. Bon rapport qualité prix en terme des quantités servies. & le goût était top.
Très belle sélection de gins & personnel qui connait ses produits.
Auparavant le gin était proposé avec eau pétillante & tonic. Tandis qu'aujourd'hui seul le tonic est offert. Nous avons cependant pu demander de l'eau pétillante sans surplus.

Je recommande sans hésitation !
