The Maison Livernois has a terrace of about fifty places, in addition to some 90 places inside. On the menu are pub classics, such as burgers, but also eight dishes inspired by the flavors of the world. The name La Maison Livernois is inspired by a family that has already been very involved in Quebec City. She founded the first photography studio in 1854 in the building that now houses the St. Patrick's Pub. Each gin and vodka brewed by Top Resto Group will bear the name of one of the members of this family. The first being the Jules-Ernest gin. Three recipes are already developed. In addition to food, La Maison Livernois is a tasting place. There are many kinds of Quebec gins and a laboratory to educate people.

Lovely & interesting space; staff were great & gave information about their gin collection. Very personable. Food was average, had the shrimp, & salad. The only food that was raved about was the wagyu carpaccio.

Très belle place!
L'ambiance, le décor, le service; tout est parfait!
Les plats grésillants sont excellents.
Gin local, dont celui fait à leur distillerie de qualité supérieure.
La serveuse était très gentille & courtoise.
Parfait pour un souper en famille ou entre amis.

Wow! C'est plus qu'un simple 5 etoiles! C'est une expérience qui devient une place de choix!
J'ai jamais vue autant de variétés de Gin avec un conseiller ,Olivier, extraordinaire, professionnel & passionné!
Je vais revenir!
C'est maintenant ma place à Quebec!
La poutine au canard.... je suis sans mot, allez-s'y, c'est un incontournable!

Très belle ambiance, le service de notre serveur Alex a été impécable. La nourriture est plus qu'excellente. Nous avons prit le smash burger & la bavette de boeuf était parfaite. & pour les amateur de gin vous avez vraiment l'embarat du choix !!

Magnifique expérience!!! Alex notre serveur est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle & la directrice d'une générosité incomparable! De notre réservation jusqu'à notre départ, nous avons été traité en reine & roi! Évidemment, je recommande l'endroit , mais certainement que j'y retournerai lors de ma prochaine visite à Québec! Juste WOW!!!!!! Ah oui! Essayez leur gin maison, surtout celui au pamplemousse 😍😍😍

The waitress could see how bad this was & did nothing. I don't care if it's early on a Monday night, you don't serve'rubbed & braised short ribs' that have obviously not even had any seasoning & are dry. Someone didn't expect anyone to order this or they just didn't do their job & prep work. This was tossed into the broiler for too long & put on the plate. Fatty & overcooked.

We're so disappointed, I enjoyed the gin but won't ever give them our business again.

Ils devraient avoir honte. La serveuse voyait bien à quel point c'était mauvais & n'a rien fait. Je m'en fiche que ce soit tôt un lundi soir : tu ne sers pas des « côtes levées braisées & assaisonnées » qui n'ont clairement aucun assaisonnement & qui sont sèches. Quelqu'un soit ne s'attendait pas à ce que ça se commande, soit n'a pas fait sa job de préparation. Ça a juste été garroché dans le four trop longtemps avant d'être mis dans l'assiette. Gras & trop cuit.

On est vraiment déçus. J'ai aimé le gin, mais c'est clair qu'on ne retournera jamais là-bas.

Amazing food & the gin is superb! The bartender was very helpful in explaining the different varieties of their gin. A must-visit when in Quebec!

Disappointed it the fourth time I go to La maison livernois the last time was Dec 2023 service/ food & gin tasting was amazing Jan 2025 the gin tasting experience has dropped & quality of food is limited & not well executed. Plus the waitress has added 2$ for the gin tasting without telling me.

Our server was forgetting us all the time. We waited for 45 mins to order dessert. He is rude & no knowledge about the food & drink. Different facial emotions with different ppl. We all wish we had a different server. Rude person to serve the table. However other servers were nice, we have to ask other ppl several times to get water & to get drinks. Gins are super good, ppl should try it out!

Allison greeted us with such warmth & guided us through the menu. Attended to us with focused attention & guidance according to our tastes which was a welcomed start to our first honeymoon dinner. We started with the Salmon gravlax - the gin infusion was subtle & delicious. A delightful start to the meal Sizzling plates did not disappoint! The vegetables were grilled to an ideal texture The Salmon & the Flank Steak were seasoned to perfection. Recommendation of the chimichurri sauce for the salmon & the red wine sauce were pairings that elevated the taste even further. The sweet potato purée was a gentle flavour that paired well with the meats & sauces. Oliver is AMAZING! He created elemental thematic drinks tailored to our tastes with ingredients procured from the region. I had "water" & "air" which was somehow both delicate & strong & my husband had "earth" & "fire" which was rich & deliciously deceptive. Classic livernois lemon tart with vanilla ice cream & crumble on the side closed off our delicious first dinner of our honeymoon fabulously. It Made a cold Winter's Day Spectacula
