About

The Maison Livernois has a terrace of about fifty places, in addition to some 90 places inside. On the menu are pub classics, such as burgers, but also eight dishes inspired by the flavors of the world. The name La Maison Livernois is inspired by a family that has already been very involved in Quebec City. She founded the first photography studio in 1854 in the building that now houses the St. Patrick's Pub. Each gin and vodka brewed by Top Resto Group will bear the name of one of the members of this family. The first being the Jules-Ernest gin. Three recipes are already developed. In addition to food, La Maison Livernois is a tasting place. There are many kinds of Quebec gins and a laboratory to educate people.

We had two incredibly delicious meals. We enjoyed our first meal so much we came back the next night. The short rib dish was excellent as well as the pork tomahawk & the scallop dish & the burger. Would highly recommend!

Service impeccable, serveur PO super sympathique. Le cuisinier est venus nous voir, bouffe délicieuse, excellent conseil « gin » du barmaid. À essayer le Short ribs avec sa sauce à se rouler par terre! Le tartare avec os à moelle est divin! Quelle expérience!!! N'hésitez pas!!!

Amazing gin flight, cocktails & good! Our server's passion for gin (gin IS their specialty) was contagious! He went above & beyond to make it an ‘experience'! Candied garlic hummus was great, & our meals were perfect ( I had poke bowl— light & healthy) my husband had the Korean beef short ribs, which even I, a vegetarian, trout looked awesome! This was our best Quebec meal! Highly recommend! (Ps— wish I had room for poutine cause it looked awesome)

Belle sélection de bières & cocktails. Service super attentionné & rapide. Meilleur ribs de boeuf à des kilomètres !!! À chaque fois que nous allons à Québec, c'est notre resto mais s'il faut faire un détour.

Maison Livernois provides a very relaxed & comfortable evening with an excellent patio to enjoy your cocktails. Our meals more than met expectations having ordered the short ribs, beautifully tender, & Coquille Livernois, that came piping hot & full of seafood, delicious! You must start your evening with a gin tasting of Quebec gins & finish the night with the house special. Alex thank you!

Service très lent. Le sangria blan fait avec leur gin maison était décevant car il y avait de la grenadine qui laissait pas la place au goût du gin citron & thyme. Mon repas, les short ribs, n'était pas très chaud. Notre dessert, le mi-cuit, était totalement cuit. Si le serveur avait demandé comment était notre repas, je lui aurais dit.
