Je suis venu hier, & aujourd'hui je mennui déjà des sushis du Masaru !
Sans exagération, il compétitionne facilement la première place pour des sushis frais & de qualité que j'ai mangé.

Une ambiance aussi rapprochée, voir le Chef Hakim cuisiner de prêt rajoute un côté vivant à l'expérience. J'ai hâte d'y retourne

Really friendly host, prompt service & delicious food. If you don't speak French the menus are double sided & straightforward. Was apprehensive about ordering sushi from non-Japanese chefs in old Quebec City of all places, but it was well worth it. Had the miso soup, delicious & nice pieces of seaweed & tofu, along with the Poké tuna & snow crab Poké bowls (tuna & the veggies were fresh & mango was sweet. Though I'd pass on the snow crab as it was $3 extra & a bit bland), & the 15 pieces of chefs choice maki (delicious highly recommend, there was something different about the tuna maki (I think it was) I haven't had a roll that tasted like that before it was herb-y in a unique way)

I got the chefs special & I cried. The food was so good I cried. U may recognize this story & it is bc I am giving this place 5 star reviews on all my friends & families phones so more may stumble acrosss this HEAVENLY restaurant. The place was also resonably priced & even though they took a bit to make our meal it was still quick as there were like seven of us. Anyone with a large group maybe warn them ahead as it is a small restaurant with not many people working. Also each ingredient was so high quality & tasted amazing.

This place was amazing! Me & my friends traveled here in Quebec & after the terrible food we have had before, this was such a nice change! I highly recommend the chefs special i cried happy tears eating that! 100% recommend go check it out

Petit restaurant convivial, nous ne vous attendrez pas à goûter de si bons sushis. C'est absolument délicieux, très savoureux & en plus les prix sont très abordable. Je qualifierais ce restaurant de petit bijoux du vieux Québec. C'est absolument un incontournable lorsque vous passerez dans le vieux-Quebec. Je recommande vivement l'assiette découverte 15 morceaux moitié moitié ( moitié des sushis frits) . Lors de la commande vous pouvez énuméré vos préférences ou y aller à l'aveugle & faire confiance au chef Hakim.

Définitivement l'un de mes restaurants préférés à Québec, ces sushis sont un incontournable. Service, qualité des ingrédients, ambiance, tout est impeccable (sans parler du grand talent du chef cuisinier). Un gros merci pour l'excellente expérience culinaire! Vous allez me revoir c'est certain.

Excellent sushis des plus frais & des plus savoureux au coeur du vieux Québec. Le chef les prépare au fur & à la mesure, toute petite salle par contre, mais c'est ben correct pour le modèle d'entreprise. Un endroit très agréable, j'en suis à 3 visites & y en aura d'autres 😊

LOVED this place. Came here twice in Feb 2024, had the 12 or 14 pcs chefs choice & I loved everything. Most places I've gone to - Vancouver, Montreal anywhere really - tend to include a few "simple" rolls like California or one of the maki rolls (just cucumber or just tuna) in a combo platter - it's cheaper & less time consuming for them to make. But in my experience this place use only what are normally considered the "deluxe" rolls for their chefs' choice platter. Umami heaven. I just loved everything. I think I took twice as long as usual to savour everything, haven't done that in a long time. I only wish Montreal had a place like this. Service is super friendly too! I highly recommend the chefs plate, go for 12 or 14 to get a variety.
