Plus de 20 minutes (pour vrai) d'attente pour une miche de pain un dimanche matin. Il n'y avait pas de groupes pour justifier cette lenteur, mais bien une affluence normale pour un dimanche, & une seule employée

Le cuisinier monsieur dans la 50 aine qui a fait ma pizza m'a répondu bêtement & de facon agressive. Si il n'est pas capable de servir les clients comme du monde, gardez le dans la plonge!

Auparavant, il y avait un cuisinier Français extrêmement professionnel & courtois. Malheureusement il a quitté & quant au nouveau on repassera. Il est agressif & discourtois. Je commande une pizza non cuite au comptoir, je paye & je vais chercher ma commande. Le cuisinier furieux parce que le four était défectueux. Il s'est contenté de foutre une boule de pâte dans un contenant plastique. Je le regarde & lui dit que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandé. En colère, il me lance qu'il ne peut faire la pizza en raison du four. Je lui ai dit que je veux pas la faire cuire puisque je vais la faire cuire au souper. Il me garoche agressivement je ne peux pas parce qu'il ne peut pas cuire la pâte. Je lui répète que ce n'est pas un problème & qu'il n'a qu'à la préparer dans la boîte & que je vais m'arranger. Il continu de refuser agressivement au point où j'étais sur le point d'exploser. Une employée lui a lancé'Pourquoi tu ne prends pas une pâte pré-cuite ? On en a plein en arrière.' Paillard vient de perdre un client.
