Qualité en chute depuis plusieurs années. Café Nespresso qui a remplacé un excellent Espresso il y a plusieurs années. Restaurant plutôt sale en général alors que c'était très propre avant. Les pâtisseries ne sont pas au niveau d'avant non plus.

Très belle ambiance, personnel super courtois même si durant l'été où il n'ont pas eu d'air clim durant presque 1 mois dans le commerce 😳😳

Two & half stars rounded down. The location in old Quebec is excellent but I was very disappointed in this one. Service was very good - the girl at the counter did her absolute best given neither her English nor my French was great, but the food just did not meet expectations. The iced coffees had very little coffee flavor, mostly tasting of cream. The macarons were well made but clearly a little on the old side & starting to go crumbly. The almond croissant was also no longer fresh, & had become dense & slightly soggy. The sandwich was fine, as was the olive bread, but neither were outstanding, & the pastry shell on the raspberry custard tart was excellent but the custard itself lacked flavor. I'd have given it three stars except that two coffees, two pastries, a sandwich, the macarons, & a small loaf of bread came to $100, & for that price I really would have expected much higher quality. If you're looking for baked goods, don't bother with this location - go to the downtown one, even if the parking situation is less favorable.

Malheureusement, première visite & dernière. Aucune ambiance, aucune musique, aucun client... Quand j'ai payé, la caissière est partie parler avec un autre employé pendant la transaction & ne m'a jamais remercié ou souhaité la bonne journée.
Ça donnait l'impression que servir les clients n'est pas la priorité, mais que c'est plus une «usine» à produits. Je donne 2 étoiles puisque les viennoiseries étaient quand même bien, mais plusieurs autres endroits offrent de meilleurs produits.

Unfortunately this location lacks decent food & service.

Coffee was weak, watery, & milk appeared to have gone bad. The egg croissants was not good as well.

The male staff on site look miserable & never say thank you or please.

Downtown location is exceptional but this location we won't be back.
