Absolutely fantastic pastries & cakes! This place is definitely worth to stop at while you're in Quebec City. Even if you're not into desserts, they also offer a wide selection of other pastries! The chouquettes are bite (or 2 bites ;) sized & are topped with cream & filled with filling. The crust is soft with a hint of crunchiness, & the cream along with the filling offers the perfect combination of sweetness, crunchiness, & flavour. The Mille-Feuille is very delicious as well. With multilayered crust along with cream fillings in between, the combination really brings out the buttery & sweetness of this treat. Lastly, the pistachio eclair was wonderful & filled with rich & smooth pistachio cream along with raspberry jam, a classic combo that cannot be beaten. Highly recommend if you're visiting Quebec City!

Pâtisserie Chouquette is an absolute must-visit! This charming dessert spot blew me away with its amazing selection. The staff were incredibly friendly & took the time to recommend treats based on our preferences, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The shop was spotless, & despite a line of customers, the staff handled everything with patience & grace. I would honestly recommend trying everything on the menu-you can't go wrong with any item! Each bite was simply divine. If you're a dessert lover, this place is a dream come true!

I stayed a month in Quebec & visited different pâtisseries. Some were great BUT the one that's going to haunt my dreams is this one. Nothing I tasted came close to overall goodness of the chouquettes. The chouquettes are cream puffs filled with love & topped with wonder. Far away, in my tropical paradise, I'll dream about those perfect spheres of joy & despair.

Que c'est bon! 😍 Ma pâtisserie préférée en ville, le décor, le service, l'ambiance, tout est exquis. Comment apprécier les autres croissants en ville quand on a goûté les leurs. Les Chouquettes sont à tomber, pas trop sucrées, les saveurs biens choisies, coup de foudre garanti ❤️
