Pour moi, sans aucun doute, l'une des meilleures place de Québec. Quel bonheur de retrouver Rachel & Oliver qui nous manquent tant à Montréal ! C'est bien simple dans leur boutique ils gardent juste l'essentiel & l'excellence. Le sucre est utilisé à bon escient, les saveurs variées des garnitures & fruits des chouquettes sont respectés à la lettre & magnifiés. Autant de générosité & de maîtrise sur une si petite portion à déguster sans modération. Le mariage parfait des savoirs faire Québécois & Français & quel plaisir pour nos papilles. C'est magique ! Les pâtisseries sont excellentes & offrent un beau choix de saveurs & de textures. Les viennoiseries sont divines aussi bien salées que sucrées, le service irréprochable. Without a doubt the best coffee & pastries in Quebec City. The chouquettes came in a delicious variety of offerings, but even the plain croissant was perfectly made. This was a perfect spot to escape the cold weather & sit for a coffee & snack while reading a book, however the seating is limited.
Les meilleurs croissants en ville (& j’en ai goûté plusieurs). Décors unique, personnel toujours sympathique, les chouquettes sont incroyables, leur café est également très bon. Essayez-le vous ne serez pas déçu !
