Un des employés m'a confirmé que le fish & chips incluait les patates & la sauce tartare, pourtant c'est seulement en arrivant chez moi que j'ai remarqué qu'ils avaient oublié la sauce. Le petit sac contenait seulement du vinaigre brun. Je serais retournée la chercher, mais j'habite à 20 minutes du restaurant 🥲. Quand même décevant de leur part.

Best fish & chips I've had in Canada & the closest to a proper British one I've found! Even got the mushy peas & a proper curry sauce. The cherry on top is the fact they have malt vinegar available too 🤣 something sorely missing in most Canadian fish & chips places. My only concern is the shape of the chips, they're made in a more English style but they're shaped more like the breakfast style potatoes they have here in Quebec, not a bad thing but sort of broke the immersion of having a'real' fish & chips!

The thick square fries, the English style batter on the fish of your choice (Haddock, Cod or Hake) & the special tartare sauce… So good, I could swear I'm back in London England!
I also tried their poutine creation (Fries, fried fish nuggets, curry sauce, cheese curds, coriander & special home made tartare sauce)
Staff is really nice, polite & efficient.
They have a small outdoor seating in the summer months.
They also do Takeout.
Highly recommend!

By far our favourite place to eat around here. The fish is fried to perfection, their chips are crisp & tasty, & what unique sauce for the poutine (we ask for the sauce in the side as it can get a bit overwhelming). The only complaint is that they're not open on Sun, Mon & Tues!
La poutine Fish&Chips mérite d'être cité dans les plus grands receuil de cuisine! La fusion de la sauce au Cury, les frites maison, le fromage, le filet de sauce tartarre & les fabuleuses bouchées de Fish&Chips était parfaite! Portions généreuses en plus… Je recommande!
Ça faisait longtemps que je voulais visiter Phil's Fish & Chips & je suis finalement allé aujourd'hui pour essayer la Fameuse Poutine Fish n Chips. Quelle belle surprise! Une très grosse portion de frites délicieuses, des boulettes de Fish n Chips savoureuses avec des ingrédients frais & une sauce plus qu'incroyable! J'ai naturellement voté la note parfaite pour la Poutine Week parce que ce plat le mérite grandement 👌 Perso, j'ajouterais de la déco encore plus Britannique au restaurant, quand on fait une si bonne nourriture, il y a de quoi être fier des origines 🤩 PS: La sauce vaut le détour, même pas besoin de ketchup je vous assure 😉
Bravo a votre équipe nous avons commandé, mangé chez nous tellement bien emballé propre & délicieux & que dire de la sauce tartare miam & de la barre mars frite miam merci nous y retournerons certain.
Les filets de poissons sont impressionnants, très grosses portions. Les frites sont plus que parfaites & que dire de leur poutine fish & chips avec une sauce très originale qui impose une récidive.
