Je ne sais pas ssi j'aurai assez de volonté un jour pour me procurer un autre repas de Fish&Chips que celui de Phil. Quand on y a goûté, on se demande si celui de Phil ne devrait pas avoir une dénomination protégée tellement il surpasse tous les autres que j'ai mangés.🥇

Le fish & chips est bon, par contre, si je mange sur place, j'aimerais bien avoir mon plat dans une assiette, & pas enroulé dans une montagne de papier.

Petit resto sympathique spécialisé, comme son nom l'indique, dans le fish & chips typiquement britannique. Les portions régulières sont généreuses & le poisson très goûteux. Seule ombre au tableau : le prix. Une portion régulière d'aiglefin coûte $22.00, plus taxes & service. Grand total pour deux portions régulières d'aiglefin? $55, incluant taxes & service. Mais c'est à essayer. Ce petit resto vaut le détour, vous n'en ressortirez pas avec une fringale &, comme moi, vous l'adopterez très rapidement.

Mise à jour, un an plus tard : Le poisson semble maintenant décongelé & les fritures moins légères & délicates au goût. La hausse du chiffre d'affaires doit malheureusement aussi impliquer une huile de friture plus chaude, influant sur la qualité de la panure.

Commentaires initiaux : Wow... Allez-y faire un tour & vous serez tout simplement épatés! C'est tout simplement exceptionnel �

I love it. FINALLY I have the possibility to eat English style fish & chips. I couldn't find them anywhere in Québec. They are,delicious!!! Fast,service too & the employees,are very polite.
