Had the Sunday brunch today & it was massive. Tables of seafoods, custom pastries, sides & beef Wellington. Everything was meticulously prepared & delicious...well worth the money.

An absolutely top-notch dining experience with great food, wine & service to match. We enjoyed the Sunday brunch buffet which was terrific & dinner one evening which exceeded our expectations. The charcuterie board presentation is really cool & unique. The sommelier was very knowledgeable. Overall, this was the best part of our stay at the hotel.

Went here for the Sunday brunch Many great options - quite enjoyed the food Sushi is not their forte, but the lamb was The cool cutting the lamb was giving very small pieces - but if you spoke to him in French you would have a larger piece. I wonder why? Overall a good experience

Nous y sommes allés pour le brunch du dimanche. Très bien en général. Excellent service, nourriture variée mais un peu dispendieux par rapport à la qualité des plats. J'y retournerai tout de même éventuellement.

Nous avons adoré le brunch du dimanche, avec une équipe souriante, présente mais discrète. À faire avec des enfants (moins de 5 ans ne paye pas), il y a même un buffet qui leur est dédié avec pleins de friandises & de bons gâteau. Je recommande vivement.

Je suis allé bruncher au champlain, dimanche en novembre à 13h00. 79$+tx+tips. J'ai été extrêmement déçues de la nourriture. Les oeufs brouillées, saucisses, bacon étaient froids. Saumon & pétoncles sont restés trop longtemps dans le réchaud donc les textures n'étaient pas bonnes. Les macarons trop dur. Les pâtisseries étaient très bonnes je l'accorde.

Fantastique! Nous y sommes allés deux fois depuis l'arrivée du nouveau chef, avec l'expérience du Menu Découverte & l'accord mets-vin. Des plats finement préparés qui changent régulièrement, selon les ingrédients frais du marché. La meilleure partie: le chef propose un menu végétarien en huit services, avec une attention portée à tous les détails. En tant que végétarienne, j'étais ravie de trouver une expérience de menu dégustation sur mesure, ce qui est encore assez rare dans ce type de gastronomie. Il y a aussi un menu enfant, qui est une très bonne manière de faire découvrir de nouveaux plats aux plus jeunes. C'est facile d'accès pour les papilles, tout en proposant des mets inusités & délicats. Très bonne idée!

Par le passé, nous sommes aussi allés au Champlain pour l'impressionnant brunch de Pâques, qui vaut clairement le détour.
