First the noise level is irritating. Second, no table linens. Poor lighting make viewing a wine label impossible.
Food is ok but wine pairing is strange. Take any menu & order a glass of your favorite wine...skip their pairing.
Paid over $300pp & concluded that I paid too much & got too little value. Go outside the hotel to enjoy a dinner.

Great location & atmosphere. That’s it. I know my high end restaurants & locations, so listen up.
Mediocre service, & food. Service was extremely slow for the signature tasting. It shouldn’t take 3hrs+ for it. Wine pairing was also very poor, along with the mediocre wine glasses with pour amount marks.
It’s a tourist spot. I would steer clear & ask your concierge for other local spots.
However, pricing was reasonable. That’s one positive. About $300pp (USD) with wine pairing.

If you’re trying to get laid by some mediocre gal who hasn’t experienced more than a local Outback / Tim Hortons, this is your spot to get lucky. Make sure you rent a nice car.

Otherwise, go to Chez Muffy.

Rated one of the top restaurants in Quebec City, & after a long drive, we decided for our first night to have dinner at the hotel.

We ordered the prix fixe with the wine pairing.

The food was wonderful, the wine was good, maybe I was a bit over-served ; ) …& we had fantastic service.

My view was wonderful. Unfortunately my husband was looking at a wall which was under construction…this table for two was not very good. The view from our room was much better.
