We had a group dinner here -- the tasting menu -- & everyone left hungry. While the room is quite charming, the wine list is grossly overpriced & the expectation seems to be that patrons will fill up on bread & dessert & not on proteins or the featured dishes. Hugely expensive & not worth it.

Nous avons adoré le brunch du dimanche, avec une équipe souriante, présente mais discrète. À faire avec des enfants (moins de 5 ans ne paye pas), il y a même un buffet qui leur est dédié avec pleins de friandises & de bons gâteau. Je recommande vivement.

Je suis allé bruncher au champlain, dimanche en novembre à 13h00. 79$+tx+tips. J'ai été extrêmement déçues de la nourriture. Les oeufs brouillées, saucisses, bacon étaient froids. Saumon & pétoncles sont restés trop longtemps dans le réchaud donc les textures n'étaient pas bonnes. Les macarons trop dur. Les pâtisseries étaient très bonnes je l'accorde.

We chose to head to this restaurant knowing it would be pricey & wanting to enjoy our anniversary in a special location. Other than being challenging to find within this historic hotel, this restaurant offered outstanding service, a unique, memorable & tasty set menu, & a unique & delicate atmosphere. Here you are truly treated to unique cuisine & innovative dishes designed to ignite ideas - we enjoyed the set menu though the crème brûlée dessert was not to our tastes

Excellente soirée au Champlain. Cuisine créative & savoureuse du nouveau chef Gabriel Molleur-Langevin, qui est venu nous saluer à la table & un service excellent par Jean-François! Nous y retournerons certainement pour essayer l'Expérience Cellier.

Juste parfait!
J’ai opté pour le menu dégustation végétarien, avec accord, absolument merveilleux. Que dire du service : impeccable . J’y vais régulièrement depuis quelques années, le changement de chef au printemps dernier a donné un nouveau souffle à l’offre de repas.
