Notre serveuse a mis 20 à 30 minutes à nous accueillir & a ignoré nos tentatives pour commander. Pendant ce temps, des personnes arrivées après nous ont bénéficié d'un service immédiat & très attentionné.
?Il était évident que la serveuse avait des critères pour choisir qui servir en priorité... Nous sommes partis sur-le-champ, le ventre vide.

J'aurais aimé pouvoir évaluer la nourriture, mais l'accueil nous a fait fuir. Ma femme & moi avions réservé une table. À notre arrivée, on nous place près de la sortie. En raison de la canicule & voyant de nombreuses tables vides à l'intérieur, j'ai poliment demandé à être déplacé. L'hôtesse a refusé, affirmant que ces tables étaient réservées.

Cependant, pendant notre attente, trois couples sans réservation sont entrés & ont choisi leurs tables. J'ai demandé des explications à l'hôtesse, qui m'a répondu avec ton condescendant que c'étaient des « clients qu'elle connaissait ». Ironiquement, une autre employée très gentille (qui nous a servi l'eau) nous a proposé une de ces tables vides, ne comprenant visiblement pas le refus de sa collègue. L'hôtesse s'est alors obstinée avec sa propre collègue devant nous pour nous refuser la place. Nous avons décidé de quitter les lieux 2 minutes après avoir donner notre commande. Une expérience vraiment désagréable, nous avons préféré dépenser notre argent ailleurs

Went with my family, ordered the shishlik & it was pretty burnt/overcooked. I believe they gave us an extra piece to make up for it when they brought it out but then we just had 6 pieces of burnt lamb. The other dishes we ordered were better. They also don't disclose that a service fee is already included in the bill when you pay, so the tip screen that pops up may lead you to think you're giving them a tip when really you're double-tipping. So make sure you know that ahead of time.

I had extremely awful experience in Montreal. One Pakistani restaurant'Khan Mama' & Mirage restaurant Montréal - both were awful. Both got awful reviews as it deserved.
Today came to this Iranian restaurant in Quebec city. Amazing food.10 of 10. Very authentic Persian. If you are in Quebec city- must eat in this place- I highly recommend.
