Je recommande fortement ce restaurant de cuisine fine Perse, c'était ma première fois chez Shiraz sur Grande-Allée à Québec & je ne peux que parler en bien de cette place. Tout d'abord vous êtes plongé dans une expérience de la Perse Antique avec leur emplacement unique & exceptionnelle. Le service est excellent mais les serveuses sont plus à l'aise en Farsi qu'en Français, d'ailleurs petite mention elles avaient presque oublié mon Doogh, boisson indispensable lorsqu'on mange un si bon repas! Le prix est assez dispencieux mais vous en avez largement pour votre repas avec des grosses portions & riz au saffran, des viandes savoureuses. Donc je recommande le Shiraz à tous les amateurs de nourriture persane & à tous ceux dont la curiosité vous piquent. Très bon choix sur Grande-Allée & une fierté locale selon moi! Bravo 5 étoiles!

I strongly recommend this charming Persian restaurant run by a lovely couple from Shiraz, Iran. The flavors are exceptional, making it a perfect spot to experience a taste of Iran. For your first visit, I suggest trying the Koobideh kebab, Fesenjoon stew, beef Persian pizza, Joojeh kebab, & Zereshk Polo. Having tried various international cuisines, I can confidently say that Iranian cuisine stands out by far. Persian food is something you could enjoy every day!

Nourriture iranienne de tres grande qualité. L'on peut commander n'importe quoi sur le menue sans se tromper pour le gout & la qualité des repas. De plus, dans ce restaurant familiale nous sommes reçu par la proprietaire, une femme charmante.

Une première pour nous ce soir chez Shiraz ainsi que pour la cuisine perse. Que de belles découvertes ! Les plats sont délicieux, plein de saveurs & bien travaillés. Nous avons adorer l'ensemble du repas (de l'entrée au dessert). Le cadre est convivial & agréable pour y passer la soirée en bonne compagnie. Nous reviendrons pour goûter les autres plats de la carte qui semblent tout aussi bons :)

We had a fantastic meal at Shiraz Restaurant. Everything we tried was delicious-the shishlik was perfectly tender, the dizi was rich & comforting, & the faloode & bastani were the perfect sweet finish. We also loved the chai, which tied the whole experience together.

The service was friendly & attentive, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for authentic Persian flavors & a welcoming atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!
