Experience culinaire intéressante. Bel accueil du début à la fin. Les plats préparés & présentés par le chef François-Emmanuel Nicol & sa brigade nous ont transporté tout au long du repas à travers l'histoire de la ville de Québec. Mention spéciale au céramiste qui a conçu la vaisselle pour supporter comme un écrin les réalisations du Chef. La Tanière3 Les Voûtes c'est une aventure culinaire théâtral unique qui saura vous transporter.

Immersion totale dans une expérience sensorielle dépaysante, même si la quasi totalité des ingrédients proviennent du terroir québécois. L'aménagement des lieux, la vaisselle & les ustensiles, le service, l'approche du chef & de sa brigade se conjuguent pour nous en mettre plein la vue, le nez & les papilles. C'est un véritable must.
