Notre expérience à la Tanière fut notre plus beau cadeau de la Saint-Valentin. Nous nous sommes sentis comme des rois, accueillis par les meilleurs chefs, savourant maintes bouchées, avec un souci du détail dans la présentation, une touche d'histoire, un respect des produits & une ambiance unique. Nous avons choisi l'accord Mocktail sans alcool, & ce fut grandement apprécié. Ce fut une soirée inoubliable. Merci.
J'ai écris beaucoup , j'ai beaucoup visité , j'ai essayé beaucoup de restos . Je viens de trouver mon numéro 1 !! Oui oui & je suis fier de vous dire qu'il est dans notre belle province du Québec . Oui on parle d'un restaurant $$$ mais l'os créativité est unique . Si on vous dit que les chefs sont des artistes , vous comprendrez! Bon appétit!
Une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle! L'exécution des plats est parfaite, le service impeccable & les accords mets & mocktails sont soigneusement pensés. Chaque bouchée est un véritable plaisir pour les papilles, le goût est définitivement au rendez-vous. Certes, le repas prend du temps, mais chaque instant est plaisant & vaut l'attente. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Notre soirée magique à La Tanière3 Wow ! Quelle soirée exceptionnelle nous avons passée sous les magnifiques voûtes de pierre de La Tanière3 ! On s'est offert cinq heures de pure magie gastronomique... & elles ont filé comme l'éclair tellement l'expérience était immersive ! À la table du chef, & quel spectacle ! Depuis notre place privilégiée, on a eu droit à un véritable ballet culinaire. La brigade du chef François-Emmanuel Nicol évolue dans une chorégraphie parfaitement maîtrisée - c'est fascinant de voir cette danse silencieuse où chaque mouvement est précis, chaque geste a son importance. Le calme qui règne en cuisine est impressionnant, contrastant avec l'énergie créative qui s'en dégage. Les plats sont de véritables oeuvres d'art, servis dans des assiettes magnifiquement choisies. Chaque détail compte : la coutellerie est d'une élégance folle & les verres à vin sont d'une finesse incroyable. On a adoré quand le chef Nicol est venu nous présenter plusieurs de ses créations, partageant sa passion avec une simplicité touchante. Sa cuisine est audacieuse, créative, & met brillamment en valeur les produits du terroir québécois. Pour les vins, l'accord Collection/Exception propose des bouteilles vraiment intéressantes & recherchées, même si certains accords nous ont semblé moins évidents que d'autres. Mais franchement, c'est un tout petit bémol dans une soirée parfaite. Le service ? Un mot : exceptionnel ! C'est comme une danse parfaitement orchestrée entre la salle & la cuisine. Les serveurs se déplacent avec grâce, anticipent nos besoins, & leur gentillesse est vraiment naturelle. Si vous cherchez LA soirée gastronomique parfaite à Québec, foncez ! Mais réservez bien à l'avance pour la table du chef, ça vaut vraiment le coup. Notre conseil : Prenez votre temps, savourez chaque instant. C'est une expérience à vivre au moins une fois dans sa vie !
I don't know where to begin. Might as well start with the "elephant" of price. Many people would argue that 1200.00 for two people to have dinner is opulence at it's worst; i would argue otherwise. Come to La Taniere as an investment. An investment in knowing that you only have a finite amount of dining experiences while in this life & know that La Taniere will surely be at the top. This is a personalized experience from the moment of arrival, using a unique code to enter the dining room immediately alerts the staff that you have arrived. They greet you by name & usher you in to the first vault where the journey begins. You will be moved through 3 separate "vaults" & treated to some history, some art & some well thought out dishes that compliment the local ingredients & the Chef's vision. Every aspect of this sining experience is worth it. The staff are very well trained & provide excellent service in both English & French. This hidden gem is well on it's way to becoming found & awarded accordingly so take the opportunity to visit while you still can!
During a recent visit to Quebec City with friends, we had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Tanière³. Overall, we were enchanted by the entire experience. While I won't reveal any of their surprises, it's clear that this dinner is more than just dining; it is an experience. The restaurant's unique interior design sets a relaxed atmosphere, with exceptional service. As expected from a restaurant of this caliber, the servers thoughtfully introduce each course & highlight the local ingredients used throughout the meal. Each dish is presented in a creative & original manner, highlighting the chef's artistry. While the tasting menu features a variety of courses, be aware that the portions are modestly sized, however each course can be paired with a selection of wonderful wines to complement & enhance the flavor of every service.
We had an amazing experience at Tanière! From the moment you step in, you can tell the entire team is dedicated to creating a wonderful, personalized experience. Each dish is beautifully crafted & presented, featuring local ingredients, & the chef has a unique story to accompany many of them. We moved through three different rooms throughout the dinner-from appetizers to main courses to desserts. We chose the collection wine pairing, & I highly recommend it to everyone!
Que dire appart que c'est la meilleur table de la ville de québec. Nourriture sans faute, service impeccable & ambiance qui ne se vit pas nul part ailleurs dans la ville. Table du chef recommandé avec ses grosse chaises capitaine. Les vins des accords sont tous excellent, mais ne pas fermer les yeux à l'accord sans alcool qui permet une créativité superbe dans les drinks servis. Prix élevé à considérer plus comme une expérience spéciale pour grande occasion qu'un petit souper des fin de semaine.
This restaurant was incredible. The creativity of the Chefs is truly unbelievable . Each course is prepared & presented with precision while matched with the perfect wine . It is the single most exquisite meal we have ever eaten.
