Be very proud of yourselves ladies & gentlemen. You've accomplished an impressive experience here. One that I will never forget. The attention to detail, the changing of rooms, the subtle differences in music in each vault, the incredible staff, & the engagement with your patrons truly brings the experience to the next level. A secret code to the door, the decor, the entryway, scents, sounds, all combine to tickle every sense & immerse your guests in a must have experience if you're a foodie visiting Quebec City. Wine pairing is a must & your somalier sure knows her stuff. Great work everyone! GREAT WORK!

Un services impeccable, une décoration hors de l'ordinaire dans les trois salles que nous avons visité. Tout au long de la soirée, l'intimité était préservée & nous avions droit à un personnel enthousiaste & dévoué. Une expérience en soi, avec quelques judicieux mystères. Un grand plaisir pour les papilles.

Décor envoûtant. Expérience culinaire gastronomique exceptionnelle. Concept unique. Personnel attentionné. Le concept des stations & la présentation des plats est unique en son genre. C'est de loin la meilleure expérience gastronomique de toute ma vie. Ce restaurant est un attrait pour la Ville de Québec!

Expérience inoubliable par la qualité du service, de la cuisine & de l'atmosphère !! Vous êtes une référence en expérience client en restauration du début à la fin du repas. Je n'ai encore rien vu de tel en restauration & le tout basé sur une solide logistique des opérations qui pourrait être une référence dans l'industrie. L'expérience débute par un accueil pré-enregistré avec le sourire, de la dégustation de plats cuisinés à la perfection & savamment présentés dans une série de voutes décorées & créant des atmosphères différents à chaque fois. Le personnel est accueillant, ouvert & généreux dans ses échanges d'information avec nous. Une palette de vins sélectionnés par une semmelière passionnée complète cette expérience hors norme !!! 👌👌👌
