Expérience multisensorielle complètement formidable. On se laisse porter depuis le début & pour les quelques heures à suivre. La nourriture est inventive, délicieuse & présentée de manière incroyable; le service est digne des plus grands établissements; le décor, les plats, les verres, tout est réfléchi & ajouté au concept terroir & histoire.

Surprenant ! C'est le moins qu'on puisse dire !

Nous avons pris l'option "La voûte". Belle expérience. Nous avons adoré les petites capsules historiques racontés par les serveurs...ça nous fait apprécier davantage l'ambiance, le décor & bien entendu la nourriture !

Le service est courtois comme il se doit !

J'ai adoré mon expérience au restaurant la Tanière 3. Nous sommes pris en charge dès que nous franchissons la porte, & ce, jusqu'à la fin. Le seul mot qui me vient en tête, c'est MAGIE. Lorsque les mots te manquent de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert, ne serait ce que par un geste d'un employé, pour l'histoire qui est présente dans le décor magique & bien pour moi, c'est Mission accomplie pour le Restaurant la Tanière 3. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour nous avoir fait vivre & ressentir toute la beauté de l'inexplicable. Merci pour nous avoir fait redécouvrir, ce lieu caché. C'est signe que ce qui est beau & magique souvent est invisible à l'oeil. Merci pour votre création, cela a touché directement mon coeur d'enfant. Expérience à refaire.

Une expérience inoubliable ! Nous avions des attentes élevées après avoir patienté pendant plusieurs années avant la réouverture de la Tanière... ces attentes ont été comblées, & bien au-delà ! Dans le décor enchanteur des anciennes Voûtes du Cavour, la Tanière dans sa troisième itération propose une expérience culinaire fort originale, mariant la découverte des produits du terroir québécois avec plusieurs clins d'oeil à l'histoire de la Vieille-Capitale. Le résultat est saisissant. Les plats sont bien sûr succulents, mais l'expérience sensorielle dépasse le simple plaisir gustatif, alors que les sens de l'olfaction & de la vue sont également comblés ! L'accord mets-vins est un incontournable. Oui le prix est élevé, mais l'investissement en vaut la peine ! Merci à toute l'équipe !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre soirée. L'accueil, le décor, la présentation, la qualité de la nourriture, ainsi que le service personnalisé. La sommelière était excellente.
