Expérience culinaire hors du commun, à essayer absolument. Accueil chaleureux avec personnel attentionné s'adressant à nous par notre nom dès l'arrivée, Mr. Mme. Présentation des plats irréprochable & agencée avec les beaux décors. Variété & qualité des différents services qui utilisent les produits du terroir & sont séparés par thèmes. Accords mets & vins excellent. J'avais mentionné que nous venions pour l'anniversaire de ma conjointe & nous avons eu droit à plusieurs très belles attention supplémentaires très agréables. À essayer absolument.
Tout était parfait. Très hot sur tout les points. Le personnel vraiment sympathique, le décors magnifique, le service tres personnalisée, la nourriture exceptionnelle & la présentation des assiettes digne d'oeuvres d'art.
expérience incroyable tant au niveau du décor que du service & des découvertes gustatives & visuelles dignes d'un étoilé Français pour faire la comparaison. A ne pas rater si vous êtes de passage. Tarif en conséquence mais nous voyageons pendant 5 heures de diner... au Québec

J'ai absolument adoré mon expérience à La Tanière! De l'entrée dans le bâtiment jusqu'à la sortie. Les employés sont accueillant & j'adore le côté historique & brute du décor & des plats. Que dire des plats, mes papilles gustatives n'ont jamais été aussi heureuse! Tout était délicieux & il n'y a aucun met que j'ai moins apprécié. Parlons maintenant du décor, magnifique. La salle de bain? WOW! Même le savon à main sent si bon que j'ai voulu aller me laver les mains 10x pendant la soirée! Blague à part, c'était une soirée inoubliable & unique. Merci à toute l'équipe!
Un seul bémol le désert qui doit être beaucoup de travail mais au final beaucoup trop petite portion & pas très sucré

C'était tout simplement décadent une expérience culinaire haute en saveurs & couleurs. L'originalité des plats & l'histoire qui vient avec l'origine du restaurant est très instructif. Le personnel est sympathique & nous mettent dans l'ambiance du resto qui est dans un décor majestueux. Nous avons adoré l'expérience & nous le recommandons fortement.

The venue was fantastic, a historic building, a cellar, in the heart of Old Quebec, with access through a yellow door, no signage, just a code, which you receive the day before your reservation.
Inside, we were greeted & sat in the first area, to enjoy pre dinner drinks & appetizers. The presentation was amazing & we enjoyed small plates of daring creations which were such a treat. At this point, we were offered the drink options which were premium wine pairings, the non-premium wine pairing & the non-alcohol drink pairing. We went with the non-premium, which is the only mistake we made, we should have taken the premium pairing as that was a bit of a disappointment for us.
On to the next cellar, the main course, again, super exciting small plates, the tables with drawer & locks to hint on our next dish. So creative, local fish & lobster, sturgeon caviar from New Brunswick, lamb, I don’t want to give away the whole menu but the flavours…I was in my element.
It was one adventure after the next, the dessert served in yet another area in the cellar, a brighter section tastefully decorated with birch trees. We then had a chance to chat with other patrons, who agreed, it was an experience they would never forget.
Since we arrived home, we have told many of our friends about our adventure there, have showed pictures & the menu card.
I had made my reservations months ago, when I made my hotel reservations. After research, Taniere seemed to top the list & I understand why.
Le meilleur restaurant où nous avons mangé de notre vie, & de loin ! La nourriture était wow, mais que dire de l'expérience! Les trois voûtes, le service, le décor, une expérience que nous garderons en souvenir très longtemps! Merci pour la belle soirée!
