This really is the standout dining experience in Canada & it definitely can go toe-to-toe with some of the three stars I've tried. The experience is incredibly curated & has excellent timing & flow. The dishes were very creative & Canadian through & through. I opted for the cocktails over the wine pairing based on my mood. All of them were creative & interesting with the standout being the slushie at the start of the experience & their'Baileys' drink at the end. The creativity is seen in all aspects of the experience. From the food, the pine trout prepared in clay was the standout for me. Sebastien made the chefs counter experience very memorable! I would come back to Quebec City specifically to go here again.
I had an incredible experience at Tanière³ in Quebec City. The food was thoughtful, creative, & absolutely delicious. Every course was a surprise in the best way, with stunning presentation & rich storytelling behind each dish. The atmosphere was warm & intimate, making the whole evening feel special.
Yes, it is a premium dining experience. But every moment, every detail, & every course made it worth it. The service was exceptional & the staff made us feel truly taken care of.

J'ai eu la chance de découvrir La Tanière cet été, & je suis encore sous le charme ! Dès l'entrée, le cadre historique, les voûtes, l'ambiance feutrée - tout invite à un moment spécial. Le service était irréprochable ; le personnel chaleureux, attentionné, présent sans jamais être intrusif.
Chaque plat était une surprise de saveurs, un véritable voyage dans le terroir québécois. Les ingrédients sont de qualité, les présentations soignées, & on sent que tout est choisi avec goût. L'accord mets?vins m'a particulièrement impressionné : ça complète parfaitement l'expérience.
Bref, c'est une table que je recommande sans hésiter pour une occasion spéciale ou juste pour se faire plaisir. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce repas mémorable - j'ai vraiment adoré !
Une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle ! Chaque plat est une véritable oeuvre d'art, aussi belle à voir qu'à déguster. Le service est impeccable, attentif sans être envahissant. L'ambiance raffinée rend l'expérience encore plus mémorable. Certes le prix est élevé, mais totalement justifié par la qualité. À vivre au moins une fois !

Un deux heure de service sans relâche,un pure plaisir pour nos papilles gustatives. L'expérience client es à son meilleur!! Je suis moi même directeur du service après vente d'un concessionnaire automobile de luxe & j'ai été totalement conquis par l'expérience client offerte. De loin la meilleur que j'ai eu À VIE dans un restaurent! La qualité des produits offert, l'attention personnalisée, tout y est dans les moindres détails. 2 étoiles Michelin amplement mérité!! Notre expérience à La Tanière 3 a été tout simplement extraordinaire. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil chaleureux & l'atmosphère unique ont tout de suite mis en valeur la magie de ce lieu. Mais ce qui a vraiment transformé cette soirée en un souvenir inoubliable, c'est le parcours découverte à travers les différentes salles à manger. Chaque étape était une immersion dans l'histoire de Québec, décortiquée de façon absolument sublime. La narration, la mise en scène, tout était pensé pour nous transporter dans un autre temps, dans un autre espace, avec une finesse remarquable.
Le point culminant de cette expérience a été l'accompagnement exceptionnel de notre serveur Thomas. Sa coordination parfaite avec les autres membres de l'équipe a fait de notre souper un véritable spectacle culinaire, où chaque plat, chaque mouvement semblait orchestré avec précision. Thomas a su rendre chaque instant fluide & captivant, créant une ambiance conviviale & raffinée à la fois. Son professionnalisme, sa bienveillance & sa passion pour son métier ont vraiment fait toute la différence.
Ce mélange d'histoire, de gastronomie & de service d'une harmonie rare fait de La Tanière un lieu incontournable pour ceux qui cherchent une expérience authentique, immersive & hautement raffinée. Nous repartons non seulement rassasiés, mais aussi émerveillés par cette soirée hors du commun.

Absolutely incredible dinning experience. Words can hardly describe how perfectly curated everything was. The rooms, service & most importantly, the food were unbelievable. Every single ingredient is locally sourced & succinctly described. Fantastic & unique wine pairings. One of the most memorable gastronomical experience of my life. Bravo!!!
From start to end, a most magical dining experience. This is by far the best restaurant I've been to & hopefully not the last time. You know that one scene from Ratatouille when the critique eats the dish & imagines the happiest memory, well that was me for almost all the dishes. I always look forward when restaurants offer non-alcoholic pairing because you can tell there's just so much thought put into it. Thank you so much for making this a memorable night.
