Moins enchantée que lors de notre première fois...
Menu comportant beaucoup de fruits de mer & des viandes tous quasi crues, redondance & quelques longueur... Habituellement il y a un récit associé au repas mais celui-ci était quelques peu absent & relâché. L'accord sans alcool était délicieux sauf deux mocktails salés. Le dessert aux fleurs de sureau mémorable. Mention spéciale à la saveur de l'umami de l'un des plat.

Wow!!! Toute une expérience. En fait, les mots me manquent pour qualifier la soirée que nous avons passé. Que ce soit sur le plan culinaire, l'accord mets-vins, ou le service de l'équipe, tout était parfait. Pour ceux & celles qui recherchent une ‘expérience unique' qui marquera à la fois vos papilles gustatives & l'émotion du moment, La Tanière est l'endroit qui répondra à toutes vos attentes. Une expérience gastronomique hors du commun. Mise en scène originale. Un accueil chaleureux .Cuisine franchement délicieuse & service rodé au quart de tour. Bref, une soirée gastronomique memorable du moment ou l'on pousse cette fameuse porte dorée jusqu à la toute fin. Extrêmement raffiné . Bravo à toute l équipe
