The Michelin team does not make a habit of reviewing restaurants in Quebec City, but this is a shame because they are truly missing out on a 2- or even 3-star experience. We have eaten at Akelare, Disfrutar, Eleven Madison Park, & this ranks among them. Great care is taken in every detail, from the decor to the small details of plating - & of course the primary gastronomy is not overshadowed by these elements.

It was one of the most consistently delicious dining experiences. Many fine restaurants experiment & are lucky to get 2 dishes that are memorable but here every course was an adventure & each was a delight. We opted for the more upscale pairing & were not disappointed. I would highly recommend this restaurant as a MUST for anyone wishing to understand the tastes of the region.

One of the finest restaurant experiences I have had pleasure to experience. The food was creative & delicious. The entire experience of the various rooms was most memorable & well done. The service team was exceptional. I had the non alcoholic paring & was most impressed with time & inventiveness they devoted to each cocktail. I have been to many Michelin 2 & 3 star restaurants & this is certainly deserving to be included in that category. Thank you for most enjoyable evening.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un resto comme on les connaît. C'est plutôt une destination culinaire! J'ai eu le privilège de manger dans plusieurs Michelins à travers le monde... La Tanière bat tous les plus hauts standards! Seuls ceux qui vivent l'expérience à la Tanière, comprendront !

WOW & re WOW !!!. Digne d'un restaurant étoilée Michelin. De l'accueil au dessert, tout était excellent. L'ambiance feutré, le décor dans les voûtes & le changement de salles pour apéro, repas & dessert. Nous avions l'impression d'assister à une pièce de théâtre. Personnel très professionnel & très bien formé tant sur l'explication de nos plats que sur les vins en accord. L'utilisation des produits locaux apporte une plus-value. Je le recommande. BRAVO !!!

Probably the tastiest & most intriguing culinary experience I've ever been apart of. I've been to a few Michelin starred restaurants & this blows them all out of the water. Tanière certainly deserves better than #67 on the Top 100 list as I've been to many & none even come close. The food is exquisite & the service is phenomenal. A true expression of Quebec & Canada & something you don't want to miss!

Restaurant remarquable en tous points: acceuil, service, décor, lieu historique, ambiance & bien sûr la cuisine digne d'un établissement étoilé au Michelin. Pour nous sans conteste le meilleur restaurant du Québec pour ne pas dire du Canada. Bravo!

Don't miss your opportunity if you are in Québec city. Highly recommend you plan a visit at Les Voûtes, Tanière3 for a culinary experience that is in my opinion at a Michelin level of excellence.

A highly orchestrated culinary event from the first moment you step inside. Local & regional ingredients are used to make incredibly delicious & well thought out courses.

Thank you to the whole team, it was indeed a night to remember.
