It is not dinner it is an experience. It was a magical night for my husband & I. The service & food was of Michelin Star quality! It was also quite fun when you enter it feels like a speakeasy! I cannot recommend this experience enough. Exceptional!

Simply the best fine dining experience we've ever had — & we have dined in Michelin star restaurants in France, Italy & a 3-star in the United States. The experiential/interactive aspect was thoroughly enjoyable, but without the great food, it wouldn't have been enough to carry the evening. We were very appreciative of the efforts made to accommodate some admittedly complicated dietary preferences. The team was exceptional — & in particular, I enjoyed the group of sommeliers, particularly the young woman. We had a wine pairing & a non-alcoholic pairing & the non-alcoholic pairing was so creative that it made for a lot of conversation.
This is a restaurant worth traveling for.

This was the most amazing & unique dining experience of our lives.Far better than my Michelin star experiences.The imagination ,creativity & presentation of each of the numerous courses was a work of art that had us incredulous.Definitely a special once in a lifetime joyful experience.

If Canada had Michelin stars this restaurant is the only one I have eaten at that would get 3. It is truly an unforgettable experience that will leave you dumbfounded. Each & every thoughtful detail is presented with Uber creativity. The food itself is divine - if umami flavours are combined with out of this world playful presentation. If you are an adventurous foodie & want to go out for the best meal of your life, this is the place.

Nothing you read or watch online about this restaurant will prepare you for the one of a kind experience you're about to have. They text you a code the day of your reservation that you will use to access "the vault". Once inside they will guide you on a gastronomic journey that absolute blew me away. I've eaten & many Michelin Star restaurants including the #1 ranked restaurant in Canada & I can tell you first hand, this establishment is that caliber. These men & women aren't f$@kin around. Every details has been meticulously obsessed over to make sure you have an experience like no other. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation & look forward to returning one day.

On par with any Michelin-starred restaurant. Food & wine pairings were perfect. However, the ‘experience' is the best fine dining I've ever enjoyed. If you're looking for a unique gastronomic adventure, this is an absolute must - you will not be disappointed!

Festin de St-Valentin un PUR DÉLICE. Bravo aux concepteurs & réalisateurs de ce festin, nos papilles en sont ravies.
Élaboration dans les moindres détails était parfaite, de la cueillette à la dégustation. MERCI pour cette expérience hors du commun. On a rien à envier au guide Michelin.
