Une expérience unique avec un savoir faire hors du commun. Chaque ingrédients des plats est méticuleusement travaillé afin de créer un assemblage parfait dans l'assiette. L'accord de vin est très bien choisi & juste avec les plats. On se sent pris en charge avec un service incomparable. Les gens sont polis & courtois avec un professionnalisme inébranlable. Je manque de mots pour dire à quel point les plats sont délicieux, le chef est un artiste qui nous fait vivre toute une gamme d'émotions en dégustant ses plats si bien exécutés. Le tout dans une ambiance feutrée & soignée, aucun restaurant au Québec n'a ce charme. Pour avoir fait plusieurs bonnes adresses au Québec je peux affirmé sans gêne que La tanière est loin devant & je suis impatient de récidiver mon expérience. Chaque dollars y est bien investi croyez-moi! Félicitations à toute l'équipe vous avez été parfait!

Easily one of the top 3 meals of my life. From the unique aesthetic experience to the entourage of beautiful & delicious courses (including gluten allergy modifications for me along the way, without any disturbance to quality or presentation), it was a 5-star night out.

cant remember having such a unique & wonderful food experience in a long time. Food was incredibly innovative & tasty, the space caused us to feel as if we where transported into a different world & the service was professional yet warm & friendly.

A brilliant culinary experience. The creativity of the chefs is beautifully represented by their unique expressions of authentic Québec produce. The waiters & the sommelier are incredibly knowledgeable, articulating, in profound detail, the complexities & stories behind each ingredient. The design & concept of Tanière offers an unforgettable experience in the heart of the old town. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Québec. Tanière also accommodates dietary preferences, with a wonderful pairing of non-alcoholic cocktails & concoctions to accompany the 20 course meal. We had a vegan dining with us & the front & back of house went above & beyond to provide complimentary plant-based meals demonstrating the excellence of this one of a kind extravaganza. Special thanks to Ishmael, Jonathan & the team at Tanière for a wonderful end to our holiday.
