This was by far the most unique dining experience I have ever had. The concept was revolutionary, the food & atmostphere represented quebecs history, fauna & flora that activated all 5 senses. The tasting menu was perfectly paired, I did not leave hungry.. i am definitely coming back.

Une expérience unique dans un décor envoûtant mais avant tout, des plats exquis & un accord vins & alcool des plus réussi! Un service & une présentation impeccables. Une aventure gastronomique qu'on ne retrouve pas ailleurs au Québec! On y retourne? Le plus souvent possible!
