Quite possibly the best dining experience I've ever had. I have done Michelin starred tasting menus at a couple places around the world & this is at the top. I won't post pictures of food since I think they like to keep that a surprise, but I'll post pictures of the interior which were wholly unique & immersive. The staff were very accommodating to my allergies & my wife's pregnancy. They ran down the list of what would be okay for my pregnant wife & what would not. That was very much appreciated. Of course the food was delicious & so creative but I won't say too much so as not to ruin anything. If I am ever in Quebec City again, I will definitely stop by again.

Comment dire. Les mots me manquent. C'était incroyable, grandiose, absolument délicieux & très instructif. Il y à énormément de travail, de recherche & d'amour là dedans. Absolument rien n'est laissé au hasard. MERCI à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience unique & sans faille dont je me souviendrai toute ma vie. Je recommande chaudement.

C'était ma première fois à cet endroit & j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner cet été! Que dire, c'était une expérience unique en son genre, que ce soit au niveau du lieu intimiste, des mets délicieux, de l'atmosphère chaleureuse & des gens incroyables & connaisseurs qui prennent soin de vous. Je me suis sentie comme une reine tout le long. Je tiens à spécifier qu'ils ont réussi à travers les plats servis à me faire aimer au moins quatre ingrédients que je ne mange jamais habituellement. Le chef est un vrai magicien! Allez-y les yeux fermés! Vous vivrez une expérience au-delà de vos attentes!

Début un peu rapide mais nous comprenons le concept. Nourriture Excellent mais certaines portions pourraient être allégées (cerf). Service exceptionnel! Nous avons grandement apprécié notre expérience. Unique à Québec selon nous.
