We had a spectacular evening with the team at Taniere. The service, food, & experience were exceptional. The attention to detail & use of unique local food was really appreciated. There's no doubt it was an investment but we felt the experience was worth it. For me, the non alcoholic pairings were thoughtful & closely related to the collection wine pairings. Thank you for everything.

Je suis sans mots. C'était une expérience multisensorielle complètement extraordinaire, digne des plus grands films. C'était un orgasme gastronomique, visuel & ambiant. L'équipe était aux petits soins, sans en faire trop & sans être snob. C'était très personnel & professionnel, mais en même temps, décontracté. Le personnel était stupéfiant, leurs connaissances sur l'histoire, les aliments, la géographie m'ont tout simplement sidérée. La beauté des lieux était à couper le souffle, chaque voûte ayant sa propre ambiance. Tout était soigné & dans les détails. Quant au menu, c'était tout à fait divin & unique. On se sentait fiers d'être Québécois avec la qualité & la variété des ingrédients du terroir qu'on nous a servis. C'était vraiment sublime, une expérience unique en son genre, à essayer, &, dans notre cas, à réessayer encore plusieurs fois. Je ne peux tarir d'éloges sur la Tanière3!

Nous avons adoré l'originalité du concept,
Roxan & son équipe nous ont fait passer une soirée de partage exceptionnelle.
La cuisine très élaborée est originale & imaginative , l'expérience vraiment unique!& pleins de jolies surprises. Bravo & merci pour la très belle soirée 🤩

Wow! What an experience! This review is difficult for two reasons: 1) the experience was one of the (if not the) best & unique dining experiences my wife & I have encountered (as avid & adventurous diners looking for great luxury dining experiences) & 2) we don't want to give too much away about the experience - it's worth trusting the restaurant & it's super-talented staff to provide one of the best dining experiences you'll have. Food quality, wine/drink pairings, atmosphere, decor, service, timing, mystique & creativity of it all... they all deserve more stars than the rating system allows. Without giving away secrets, our best advice is take the opportunity & experience it for yourself. If you enjoy high quality food, service staff that will spoil you & a setting you don't find everyday, you won't be disappointed.
