Moins enchantée que lors de notre première fois...
Menu comportant beaucoup de fruits de mer & des viandes tous quasi crues, redondance & quelques longueur... Habituellement il y a un récit associé au repas mais celui-ci était quelques peu absent & relâché. L'accord sans alcool était délicieux sauf deux mocktails salés. Le dessert aux fleurs de sureau mémorable. Mention spéciale à la saveur de l'umami de l'un des plat.

An unforgettable culinary journey! The ambiance was perfect, we enjoyed moving through different rooms for the various meals. We added the drink experience package which complimented our dishes perfectly. The service was impeccable.

This was not one of .....it was the best dining we have ever experienced. We have been fortunate enough to dine is some of the best restaurants in the world & this one lace is #1 by a long shot. It was expensive & worth every cent. If you are looking for the ultimate dining experience this is it. I don't want to get into the details as that will take away from the overall experience. I will return to Quebec City just to dine here again.
