What an experience. This was far more than an exquisite meal, but rather, a culinary adventure. One for the record books! & the non-alcoholic pairing was phenomenal. I'm glad I opted for that, as the many infusions & elixers were incredible.

An experience we will remember! Service personnel were so friendly & professional. Their explanations of each presentation were detailed & full of local flavor. We ordered the non alcoholic drinks which were delicious & complemented each presentation. The experience of movement added to the ambience. Food was amazing!

Truly an eating EXPERIENCE. It wasn't just about the food but the history, ambiance, & senses. Each bite was an explosion of distinct flavors in genius combinations. We decided to select different pairings so we could share. My husband had the non-alcoholic mocktails & I had the wine experience package. I was blown away by the creativity & deliciousness of the mocktails. It was a highlight. Thank you to all the people who went into this night—from farmers & foragers to sous-chefs & servers & chefs!
