It was fantastic experience. The charm of this restaurant began the moment we entered with the password. It wasn't just about sitting in one spot & eating - we moved from place to place, with each stop offering a new explanation & a different taste. It made the whole experience interactive & so much more enjoyable! Food was amazing & atmosphere was great as well. I can't forget every bites.

Une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle ! Chaque plat est une véritable oeuvre d'art, aussi belle à voir qu'à déguster. Le service est impeccable, attentif sans être envahissant. L'ambiance raffinée rend l'expérience encore plus mémorable. Certes le prix est élevé, mais totalement justifié par la qualité. À vivre au moins une fois !

Une expérience définitivement à faire pour les amoureux de la bonne chère, du bon vin & du Québec: des produits du terroir vous sont servis avec finesse, par un personnel aux petits soins. Les 2 étoiles Michelin sont amplement méritées !

Très belle expérience, la nourriture était impeccable & un service très attentionné tout au long de la soirée en plus de quelques petites touches personnalisées. Le décor lui-même mérite une mention spéciale. Ça nécessite un certain budget pour y aller, mais la qualité de l'expérience, des ingrédients frais & des vins en valait le coup.

Première expérience pour nous & clairement pas la dernière ! Dès l'accueil, d'où nous nous sommes sentis attendu, en passant par différentes sections de voute en découvrant des parcelles d'histoire & jusqu'aux desserts, notre expérience fût impeccable. Un service attentionné de la part de toute l'équipe qui nous a été présenté au fil de l'expérience. Nous avons pu constater tout le travail & la passion pour chacun des plats qui étaient tous un sans faute.
