Truly magical. Otherworldly setting, 5-star service, the best food I've ever had. You may have to take a second mortgage out on your house to afford it, but worth it....

Tanière is a top notch gastronomic experience in the heart of Old Québec. Every plate & cocktail is served with a story that links the local ingredients, the history of the house & the modernist cooking techniques. The experience takes place in the vault of two 17th century houses decorated in a cosy & hospitable way. The wine pairing made me discover a lot of new regions & varietals. Throughout the evening, the staff was happy to answer questions & pace the 20 courses to our rhythm. An all around outstanding evening that enchanted us from start to finish!

La plus belle expérience gastronomique que j'ai vécu dans ma vie. Tout était parfait! Ce fut une grosse dépense pour mes moyens, mais je vais tout de suite préparer la planification de notre prochaine visite. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe de cuisiniers & de serveurs.
