Was one of the most memorable dinners we've ever had. Unfortunately the dessert courses were a little disappointing - especially ending on the insect tarte. But everything during the pre-dinner & dinner was superb! Merci beaucoup!

This was a completely new & exciting experience for us. Everyone was attentive & took incredible care of our table. The food was delicious & creative. We also loved how the wine complemented each dish. The pairings were beyond inspired.
