Nous manquons de mots pour décrire la soirée que nous avons passée. Le service était impeccable. Chaque personne qui est venu à notre table, nous a parlé avec passion des produits qui nous étaient servis. Pas la moindre pointe de snobisme, que des gens sympathiques & interessé à nous partager leur passion. Chaque service était divin. Les accompagnements met/vin étaient parfait. Chaque détails étaient pensé du début à l'acceuil par notre nom jusqu'à la fin. Je souhaite cette expérience à tout le monde. Merci pour cette soirée inoubliable.

Six years ago my wife & I ate at La Central in Peru. We thought the meal was fantastic & it featured all local ingredients from the different elevations in Peru. Last year it received the #1 ranked restaurant distinction in the World. Last night we ate at La Taniere & had the same experience & vibe. In fact, we liked it even better. The local food & exquisite wine pairings matched the service & atmosphere of the beautiful Quebec City. The attention to detail was appreciated & the explanation of each course was amazing. 5 stars ⭐️

Début un peu rapide mais nous comprenons le concept. Nourriture Excellent mais certaines portions pourraient être allégées (cerf). Service exceptionnel! Nous avons grandement apprécié notre expérience. Unique à Québec selon nous.
