LE restaurant à aller à Québec pour une expérience culinaire incomparable. Nous avons eu 12 services tous horsdu commun & nous étions complètement rassasiés à la fin. L'accord mets & vins en vaut la peine. Le service est sans reproche & même excessivement bien chorégraphié. Les plats sont soigneusement concoctés de façon original & en utilisant des ingrédients fins d'ici. Ce restaurant situé dans de magnifique voûte devrait avoir des étoiles Michelin.

Au début, nous avons trouvé que c'était très rapide comme enchaînement de service mais nous avons apprécié les moments plus ralenti dans la deuxième & troisième salle. Le personnel est attentionné, à l'écoute & passionnant à écouter. Bravo aux équipes en cuisine qui ont su nous épater d'un plat à l'autre!
