Our evening at Tanière was absolutely wonderful. The attention to detail in every aspect was incredible; the food, pairings, & staff were all outstanding. The historic nature of the building itself made the experience extra special. We look forward to returning!

Une superbe soirée!!
quelques petits points à soulever:
Vous devriez interdire le port du parfum pour les clients & employés. C'est un manque de respect pour votre gastronomie qui se doit d'être dégusté sans autres odeurs que celle du plat. (notre voisine de banquette en avait mis pas mal!!)
Une attention particulière devrait être porté à la température du vin servi. nous avons du retourner un service de rouge car celui était trop chaud & le suivant trop froid!!! le bon vin à la bonne température pour accompagner de divins plats, c'est une base en gastronomie!!
le service d'huitre nous a déçu par son manque d'originalité par rapport aux autres services, la sauce hollandaise & les oignons ça nous a un peu déçu.
Pour terminer la tartelette avec farine de grillon & grillon frit (excellente d'ailleurs quoique moins sucré que les autres mignardises) aurait du se trouver dans un des services de mise en bouche ou de plat mais pas au dessert. cela a refroidi quelques convives qui avaient peur de ne pas bien réagir.
merci encore pour votre créativité & vos recherches de saveurs, ce fût encore une fois une expérience gastronomique de haut niveau.
