From start to finish, the food & service were exceptional as we moved through three vaulted rooms. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, explained in detail, & full of flavor. The wine pairings complemented each course perfectly. I usually prefer full-bodied reds, but after a Chardonnay pairing, I'll be buying that bottle. The staff truly elevated the experience, attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, & genuinely welcoming. I left impressed, extremely satisfied, & will definitely return next time I'm in Quebec.

Oh wow, quelle expérience! Nous avons littéralement rencontré la perfection. Si je pouvais mettre une 6e étoile, je le ferais sans hésiter. La haute qualité du service a fait en sorte que nous nous sommes sentis comme des princesses & princes. L'accord mets-vins a sublimé notre repas qui était déjà de la haute voltige. L'endroit est magnifique. L'entrée semi-secrète a allumé notre excitation, ce qui a mis la table pour la suite qui a été plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes.
