There were a few courses that were exceptional. Most, however were pedestrian. I was extremely disappointed, &, frankly, quite angry that there was no toilet tissue in the stall after a such a pricey meal that revolves around "experience." The staff was exceptional - very knowledgeable, coordinated & kind.

It was my first time on a gastronomic experience restaurant. It was amazing!

The atmosphere is charming, service is very knowledgeable & on point with our needs, food & wines... excellent!

We had the experience menu & it is about 10 courses of small dishes perfectly presented & paired with wines (if you select the wines menu).

Keep in mind this is a gastronomic experience, you come to enjoy the flavors & value the quality of ingredients. Each time they bring a dish, they explain what it is & the origin of the ingredients. Most of the ingredients are from Quebec or Canada. Wines are from around the world. They tasted amazing!

I appreciate they really made an experience & addressed our special requests, also they personalized our places with a welcome note & at the end provided with a souvenir menu.

I really recommend it if you are looking for a memorable experience :)

Wonderful experience & the service is excellent.They know what they are doing. Me & my husband depend $750 & feel worth it for sure. Our mouth never empty & all tasting good.

Une seconde expérience mais tout autant surprenante & délicieuse que la première. Je transmet des mots d'appréciation à mes proches & je suis fière de le recommander aussi aux touristes. Quel privilège d'avoir des chefs aussi passionnés, un service autant engagé, une recherche & reconnaissance des richesses si bien exploitées, un intérêt & des gens capables de raconter notre histoire à leur façon ... WoW ! Je reviendrai à chaque saison me faire surprendre & gâter encore & encore ! Longue vie à l'équipe extraordinaire de la Tanière !
