We had a wonderful evening during our dining experience. The food was so interesting & the wine pairings were perfect. The service was excellent -- we enjoyed learning from everyone about what we were eating & we especially enjoyed learning about the wines. & the setting was the icing on the cake. We would come back to visit Quebec City again just to come to your restaurant!

On a vraiment apprécié la qualité & présentation des plats,
J'aurais préféré un rosé autre que le Clos Ste-Thècle un peu mince & on peut trouver beaucoup mieux que le vin orange offert.

Beats every Michelin Star restaurant I have visited! I have been to Aliena, Also, & Enigma. I have been to Michelin star restaurants in Seville & in Granada. This was hands down the best experience. The food, the service, & the ambiance was unparalleled. I also really appreciated that you were so diligent with our food intolerances. Other places we have visited have been much more restrictive. You went above & beyond for us. Merci!

Restaurant Tanière is a Must Dining Experience. The food presentations were incredible. The food were excellent. Although the portions were small, we were actually satisfied at the end, not leaving hungry. It's pricey, but worth the Experience. If you're looking to get stuffed, this might not be for you. The servers were incredibly knowledgeable of each food presentations & were great & very attentive. We've been to Per Se in NYC, & Tanière is definitely up there
