If ever there was a restaurant deserving of one (if not more!) Michelin stars, it is La Tanière! When Michelin finally makes its way to Quebec (as it hasn't yet rated there) La Tanière will surely be at the top of the list. This is a restaurant that does absolutely everything to perfection...the magical ambiance, the staff that executes their job to perfection, & the cuisine that will blow you away! There wasn't a single dish (of about 15!) that I can find one small criticism of....everything was incredible!
We were a party of four who dined there just last evening & we all agree unanimously that dining at La Tanière alone warrants a trip to Quebec...a special city in its own right.
I will return & look forward to introducing more of our friends to La Tanière!

Un seul bémol le désert qui doit être beaucoup de travail mais au final beaucoup trop petite portion & pas très sucré
Pour le service c'est parfait le décor incroyable.
Une expérience incroyable au final qui nous a permis de renouer notre couple

Nous avons trouvé la lumière au-dessus de notre table de la 2e salle un peu dérangeante. Nous l'avions dans les yeux.
