Nous avons adoré notre visite dans une ambiance feutrée. De fabuleuses découvertes gastronomiques avec un service impeccable. Une sortie onéreuse mais dont on a apprécié chaque détail. Un ravissement oculaire, olfactif & toute une aventure pour les papilles. Un souvenir que nous garderons avec un immense plaisir!

Du début à la fin un sans faute. Un service extraordinaire, des gens ouverts à la discussion , connaissants & invitants. De la nourriture exquise, toujours bien balancée, fraîcheur, acidité mélangeant des sauces sublimes. Des vins uniques que je ne reverrai probablement jamais. & que dire des dessert dans cette salle superbe. C'était un cadeau pour les 25 ans de ma fille & nous nous en rappellerons toute notre vie. Merci & à la prochaine.

The Michelin team does not make a habit of reviewing restaurants in Quebec City, but this is a shame because they are truly missing out on a 2- or even 3-star experience. We have eaten at Akelare, Disfrutar, Eleven Madison Park, & this ranks among them. Great care is taken in every detail, from the decor to the small details of plating - & of course the primary gastronomy is not overshadowed by these elements.

It was one of the most consistently delicious dining experiences. Many fine restaurants experiment & are lucky to get 2 dishes that are memorable but here every course was an adventure & each was a delight. We opted for the more upscale pairing & were not disappointed. I would highly recommend this restaurant as a MUST for anyone wishing to understand the tastes of the region.
