The best dining experience I've ever had. The staff was extremely passionate & their detailed explanation for each dish was an amazing touch to the night. Definitely visit if you are able to, you won't regret it. Also, like many have said allocate 3-4 hours for this experience.

Très belle soirée, tous le personnel est attentionné, les plats sont impressionnants, Très recherchés, les accords avec les vins & autres spiritueux sont aussi de belles découvertes & s'amalgame parfaitement avec les plats.

My husband & I decided to spend our fourth wedding anniversary in Quebec & found Tanière3. The entire dinner was amazing - the ambiance & entire staff are fantastic & the food is even better! The entire meal, but especially the locally sourced wagyu beef, was one of the best meals I've had. Absolutely get a wine pairing. I can't wait to return!

One of the finest restaurant experiences I have had pleasure to experience. The food was creative & delicious. The entire experience of the various rooms was most memorable & well done. The service team was exceptional. I had the non alcoholic paring & was most impressed with time & inventiveness they devoted to each cocktail. I have been to many Michelin 2 & 3 star restaurants & this is certainly deserving to be included in that category. Thank you for most enjoyable evening.
