Experience inoubliable. Accueil & Service impeccables. Les plats sont recherchés & le voyage gustatif est enchanteur. La selection de vin est certainement a la hauteur. Les accords sans alcool sont surprenants.

Is it high gastronomy? Theatre? Performance art? An otherworldly experience for the senses? Well yes, yes to all of the above! The mister had to convince me to take the leap because after all, it's a bit of a splurge & the menu is a complete secret, as it changes from day to day depending on ingredients available & vision of the chef(s), a constantly evolving & surprising process & journey. (Next time I REALLY want to meet that executive chef! & the art director...& about that secret drawer with the golden key...)

I can't praise this place enough, from the unbelievable dishes (15-20 courses) to the charming, professional & charismatic staff to the breathtaking interior designs (the experience progresses through different rooms) & the sublime wine pairing, just go & see for yourself, you deserve it.

Truly unbelievable. After days of the best food I've ever had across the province of Quebec, Taniere found a way to exceed expectations. I won't say more - this is a restaurant best served as a pleasant surprise.
