This was an incredible experience. The staff & setting were lovely. We had a flight cancellation & had to miss our original booking; the staff was so accommodating in rebooking us to the next available sitting. Very much appreciated. Each course was a total surprise & such a work of creativity.
Overall just a wonderful evening.

This is an unusual meal. It is truly an experience of senses & innovation of using local produce. The know how to best use products of the earth. The whole experience is like a slow dance. Fantastic to celebrate a special occasion.
