Mon épouse & moi vivons toujours une expérience gastronomique hors du commun lors de nos soupers à votre restaurant. Le service est toujours impeccable. Les plats sont toujours exceptionnels tant par la saveur, la présentation & la création. Votre chef sait toujours nous éblouir à chacun des plats qui nous sont servis & nous faire découvrir de nouvelles saveurs. Nous avons aussi été très impressionnés par le plat spécial de boeuf Wagyu qui nous a été servi. Félicitations à toute votre équipe pour leur professionnalisme.

Très belle soirée! Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes & même plus! Le décor, le personnel, le service & que dire des plats exceptionnels. Pour ceux qui désirent de la boisson sans alcool, une découverte de cocktail excellent & original accompagne chaque repas, très impressionnant! Pour ceux qui aiment le vin, très belle sélection 👌🏻

Absolutely mind-blowing meal. I have had the privilege to eat at a lot of excellent restaurants in a lot of cities & this was, by far, the best restaurant I have been to. Every single moment spent there was exciting, a gift for my senses, & thought-provoking. They accommodated for my gluten allergy before I even arrived, modifying each of the multi-course plates & if you are ever going to choose a non-alcoholic pairing, this is the place to do it. Would not be surprised if it ends up on the show Chef's Table!

Il ne s'agit pas d'un resto comme on les connaît. C'est plutôt une destination culinaire! J'ai eu le privilège de manger dans plusieurs Michelins à travers le monde... La Tanière bat tous les plus hauts standards! Seuls ceux qui vivent l'expérience à la Tanière, comprendront !

This is the best restaurant experience that we have ever had! A phenomenal tasting menu & we did the "Experience " wine pairing that we enjoyed. We would definitely return if we visit Quebec City in the future. One word best describes this restaurant...Amazing!
