Nous avons passé une soirée exceptionnelle à La Tanière. Nous fêtions notre anniversaire de mariage & nous n'oublierons pas cette soirée.
La nourriture fine est apprêtée de façon à donner un goût particulier aux différents mets. Le chef & sa brigade a le souci d'utiliser des ingrédients du terroir. Le service est hors pair. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.

Ambiance unique , expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle dans les décors des plus vieilles voutes du Québec donc une expérience que je n'ai jamais connue dans les autres établissements réputés où j'ai été. Tous les plats sont apprêtés de façon à nous faire goûter à une explosion de saveurs & nous font appréciés même les aliments qu'on n'aimait pas avant. Les mets sont présentés par un personnel professionnel, courtois mais surtout sympathique ce qui dégage une chaleur humaine, on nous explique en détail l'origine & l'histoire de tous les vins & mets présentés. Donc une soirée inoubliable que je recommande à tous.

All we can say is "WOW!!" We have eaten at some amazing restaurants all over the world & this place tops them all. It is not a meal it is an experience. I would book another flight from LA just to bring friends here. There was not one dish that wasn't anything less than amazing & that's saying something when you have been served a dozen dishes.
