Had the pleasure to eat in some of the best restaurants in the world & la tanière is now at the top of my list. Exceptional food with outstanding service. The wine pairing was spot on with every course. My wife took the non-alcoholic pairing & every drink was so well executed & thought out. If you want an unforgettable culinary experience, la tanière will not disappoint. & to top it off, the restaurant is also located in one of the most charming neighborhood in Quebec City

Quelle formidable expérience! Elle n'est pas à la portée de toutes les bourses mais c'est l'une de mes plus belles expériences culinaires de ma vie! Le service, la nourriture, le décor, etc. Tout était parfait! Bravo à toute l'équipe!
