Excellent place. Be prepared to be wow'ed. If you can not afford it - then do not come. Service was amazing. The rooms were stunning; even the bathrooms. Very accommodating place for those with say a dairy allergy

We had a spectacular evening with the team at Taniere. The service, food, & experience were exceptional. The attention to detail & use of unique local food was really appreciated. There's no doubt it was an investment but we felt the experience was worth it. For me, the non alcoholic pairings were thoughtful & closely related to the collection wine pairings. Thank you for everything.

Meilleur restaurant à vie!!!
Du début jusqu'à la fin, ce fût toute une expérience.
Le lieu & le décor crée un atmosphère vraiment très spéciale.
Que dire du personnel rodé au quart de tour qui servent & déservent la multitude de services avec professionnalisme & courtoisie.
Mais encore ce qui est exceptionnel c'est que tout ce qui a été servi au menu dégustation était à se rouler par terre.
Ma femme & moi sommes des amateurs de menu dégustation & je peux vous dire que La Tanière-Les voûtes est le no 1 sur notre liste.

Un gros coup de coeur cette année tant au niveau des portions, du service ou des saveurs. Nous sommes 2 passionnés de la forêts & de ses ressources & nous avons été éblouis par votre manière de sublimer les ressources de notre terroir.

WOW & re WOW !!!. Digne d'un restaurant étoilée Michelin. De l'accueil au dessert, tout était excellent. L'ambiance feutré, le décor dans les voûtes & le changement de salles pour apéro, repas & dessert. Nous avions l'impression d'assister à une pièce de théâtre. Personnel très professionnel & très bien formé tant sur l'explication de nos plats que sur les vins en accord. L'utilisation des produits locaux apporte une plus-value. Je le recommande. BRAVO !!!
