Unforgettable! Every detail was exquisite, from the "secret" entry to the wildly creative non-alcoholic drinks to the food itself. A celebration of Canadian ingredients from seaweed to caviar, boar to venison, prepared & served as works of art. This restaurant alone is a reason to visit Quebec.
